Shout out to my counterpart, Will. As we have gone through a bunch of changes Will is one of the last standing… and as we go through market challenges and headwinds we are faced with a lot of options and routes we can take. Will always says “just do the next right thing.” Don’t over complicate just move forward and make the best decision in this moment. Do it with integrity and the right intentions and move forward.

So many options that you can be caught in paralysis by analysis and never move. or even worse you can make a short term decision and take the easy way out resulting in long term pain.

So just do the next right thing.
